I recognise that training needs are individual – that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals.
My face to face training sessions can take place in the gym, or in an outdoor space such as a park, or in the comfort of your own home – whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany the regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.
You will have free, lifetime access to my PT Hub, which is a platform used to create, view and use; training workouts and programmes, unlimited exercises and to track your nutrition and follow a personalised food guide, all in one App.
If you choose to go for Online Training only, then the App I mentioned previously is what you will use most of the time.
It allows you to complete the required PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), which will allow me to assess your individual needs.
You are able to upload photos, which is a brilliant way to track your progress.
You can also pop your measurments in too.
There is a 'message' section to the app so that we can communicate. Also, each exercise has a video you can watch incase you aren't sure how to perform it yourself.
And just to remind you, you will have lifetime access to this platform.
